Looking to tackle a home project and learn something new in the process? I’m here to help! Taking on DIY tasks can feel overwhelming at first, but it doesn't have to be. My goal is to guide you step by step, answering your questions along the way and giving you the confidence to say, “I can do that.” Not only will you grow confidence and a new skill but it can also save you money in the long run. For example, let’s say you want to install new windows and update the surrounding trim. I’ll come to your home and work with you to remove the old window and install the new one. Then, I’ll walk you through how to safely and confidently use tools like a miter saw, table saw, and nail gun to complete the install. After that, you’ll be equipped to finish the rest on your own or with continued support if you need it.

I won’t leave you to “just figure it out.” I’ll stick with you through the bumps and questions, making sure you feel empowered every step of the way.

Monthly - 3.5 hrs for $150

- 8 hrs for $300

Preventative Home Maintenance- one time payment of $750

Here are a few reasons for preventive home maintenance, it can catch small problems before they become bigger problems that are more costly, increases your home value, can save you money on electricity when appliances are serviced regularly and lengthen the life of your appliance.

Changing air conditioner filters- up to 5
Pressure washing side walk - Driveway is additional cost
Pressure wash trashcans
Flush hot water heater
Cleaning bathroom vents
Patch and repair dings and scratches to interior walls
Touch up paint
Re-cualking of shower and bathtubs
Cleaning out shower/ bathtub drains- up to 2
Checking attic for leaks
Checking the deck for rot and tightening any loose boards

Seasonal Subscriptions- $300 per season

Spring

HVAC System- inspect and clean air filter and vents- up to 5
Siding and Trim- Inspect for damage, loose or peeling paint
Pressure wash trashcans
Check attic for leaks
Deck- Hammering/ screwing any loose pieces while checking for rot

Summer

HVAC System- inspect and clean air filter and vents- up to 5
Water Heater- Flush out sediment and build up
Dryer Vent- Clean lint build up to prevent fire hazards.
Touch ups-Patch and repair dings and scratches to interior walls.

Fall

HVAC System- inspect and clean air filter and vents- up to 5
Windows and Doors- Check for air gaps adding weather stripping for repairs or replacements
Appliance up keep- Cleaning bathroom vents, refrigerator coils, hood range vents

Winter

HVAC System- inspect and clean air filter and vents- up to 5
Re-cualking of shower and bathtubs
Testing Smoke alarms and replacing batteries
Cleaning out shower/ bathtub drains
Cleaning out gutters

Payable in advance

Scheduling up to 60 days in advance and as soon as 1 week in advance

With in a 40 mile radis of downtown Asheville, NC

Repair or additional material costs due at completion of job

No rollovers: Monthly/quarterly hours must be used during current month and cannot roll over into future months.

Cancellations and schedule changes must be made within 24 hours of appointment time, charges will apply
